Italian fashion house FENDI has designed a beachfront condominium in a district of Miami, Florida, the structure is the appearance of its waving, which is made up of slabs that transcend the building envelope and highlight the undulating geometry. This feature allows you to use the outdoor balcony and as a sunshade device for the glass curtain wall. Implemented in 2015, the project’s design team includes construction companies, interiors and furniture design.
Instead of taking the form of a tower, the building consists of only 12 floors, 60 houses in 3400-7000 square meters. Feet, each with sea views and a warm climate advantage, the living units include glass walls, sliding doors, and expansive balconies. In addition, the factory is complemented by a 300-foot private beach.
